Industry Challenges
1.Diverse components, complex materials, and high precision requirements:
Different component materials (such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, copper, etc.) have different processing requirements, and conventional processing methods lack flexibility.
2.Traditional marking methods are inefficient and prone to detachment:
Ordinary coding and screen printing methods have poor adhesion, are not resistant to high temperatures or corrosion, and cannot meet long-term use and traceability requirements.
3.Welding has large thermal deformation and unstable strength:
Ordinary arc welding/gas welding can easily cause material burning through, deformation, and insufficient strength, affecting assembly accuracy.
4.Low cutting accuracy, numerous edge burrs, and low processing efficiency:
The mechanical cutting method is difficult to meet the precision machining of complex structures, and the post-processing workload is large.
